Absolutely unprofessional and horrendous car maintenance experience. Had a 4:30pm appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation, dropped it off and agreed on the two services. Received a call at 5:43pm from Estephanie saying they couldn’t get the tires rotated because of a lug nut issue. Estephanie then launched into a number of “issues” my car had and tried quoting me a price on that, I told them I wanted nothing done to my car I just wanted it back since they couldn’t complete the service and I have work early on base. She said that “He” was actively pouring oil into my car, so i couldnt just do everything elsewhere. Come to pick it up, and they had unprofessionally decided to half rotate my tires, with one new tire in the front and one new tire in the back. I told them to fix the

I would like to give a shout out to technician Cody for a job we'll done. He went beyond the call of duty to identify and fixed an issue dealing with a continuous slow leak on one of my tires. He discovered the issue was not with the stem, the issue was the aging of the rim and where the tire seals to the rim. He sanded down that portion of the rim and remounted the tire. There has been no leaks on the coldest days or coldest night. I'm sure all the technicians who work there are great, however Cody goes beyond the call of duty. I brought my truck in with no scratches on the rims and left with a huge scratch on it. When I spoke with the store manager about it. He said there was nothing they could do about it. He claimed he saw the big scratch when he was helping the mechanic but that does not prove it was not done prior to his help. I take good care of my vehicle and you would have noticed a big scratch on my rims. No accountability for their actions. Very disappointing as I take my fleet vehicle to this location. I thought I could trust them with my personal vehicle but it seems I will have to look elsewhere.

Brad was great. I explained to him the issue I was having with vibrations at high speeds. He said he would look into it along with getting the truck a lifetime alignment. They performed the road force balancing and figured out the vibrations. As of now, the truck drives great. Thank you everyone there for getting it done.

This morning I discovered a slow leak in my driver-side tire and visited several tire centers—only to be told I’d have to wait 2–4 hours or that they didn’t have the right tools to service my car. When I arrived at Tires Plus, Estefani at the front desk provided exceptional customer service—professional, friendly, and quick to help. Ed immediately took my car into the garage and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency, skill, and genuine care for customers. Estefani and Ed turned a frustrating morning into a smooth, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to others.
