Tires Plus

This is without a doubt the place I’ll always bring my vehicles. I had a really frustrating experience at Pep Boys in Leesburg by Lake Square Mall when I needed one locking lug nut removed from each wheel. They told me it was going to be really expensive and then said I should go to the Chevy dealership and buy a key using my VIN number—which turned out to be completely wrong. Instead of wasting more time, I decided to stop by Tires Plus, and I’m so glad I did. The manager, Mike, came out, looked at my truck for literally a couple of minutes, and said, “Yep, we can take care of that.” I went inside while he worked up the price, and when he told me it would only be $100, I was honestly shocked—in a good way! I was hauling a travel trailer through town when the low pressure sensor came on. I called and they were able to get me in, not only to look at the tire, but switch it for the spare. Awesome service and attentiveness.

Amazing experience. Mike and the rest of his staff was super helpful and nice and sweet. I am not really well-versed in cars of course and they were very sweet to explain to me what’s going on. All of it for affordable prices too. Will definitely come back here for all my needs going forward.

I had a great experience at Tires Plus today. My technician, Raumel, did an excellent job balancing and rotating my tires—quick, professional, and very thorough. My sales service advisor, Tony, was also fantastic. He walked me through everything clearly and helped me find a great deal on new tires for my car. Overall, outstanding service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was visiting my Aunt from Tampa and had some car issues and remembered I had a card for Tires Plus, but I hadn't used in years. I stopped by Tires Plus in Leesburg and was immediately greeted by Tony. He's everything the previous comments posted about him and more. He was very professional, courteous, and was eager to assist me. If I weren't living so far, this location would be my sure stop to have my car serviced. Thank You Tony!!
