Tires Plus

Just dropped $1400 on tires at this location plus alignment plus a couple other services. These gentlemen were most interested in making sure that I was taken care of. The service was fast. Pricing was very reasonable as I had shopped Costco and two other locations. The whole time I never felt pressured and I felt welcomed. Plus they got the job done right the first time. I cannot say enough about this location. I would highly recommend anybody looking for tires or other car services to go there. They won’t charge you for anything that doesn’t need to be done. They’re just straight, honest people and I have a profound respect for that.

I’ve always had great experiences at several Tires Plus locations, but this one has been a bit disappointing. They’ve forgotten to reset my oil light a few times, and during my last visit, the waiting area was dirty and the coffee station was empty. The staff is friendly, but I’ll likely visit other locations in the future.

Went in to get tire pressure light turned off. Ended up getting four new tires but guess what, the tire press light was still on. On inquiring had to pay another $140 to get the light sensor taken care of. Why then did l need new tires if I fact all l needed was a sensor? Wasted a whole afternoon and l still needed to go back another two hours. Car was fixed but this wasn’t a good experience. Won’t be going back there

Quick enough, professional and generally easy to deal with. Pricing was high on the particular tire I needed but cant blame them for getting full retail on a tire they brought in for me.

I got computer warning messages that my tires needed air. So I called my friendly folks at Tires Plus in Maple Grove Minnesota. They had me come in 24 hours after I called and they checked the whole car out and fixed my problem this morning! They didn't even charge me because I've been buying tires and services from Tires Plus for over 15 years and that was a very nice gesture on their part. It's why I talk to people have car things going on and it always steer them toward Tires Plus and that mean and that's friends family work colleagues as I know whatever is done it will be done well and the people I steer towards direct bus will always be happy with that.
