Tires Plus

We selected the tires from your website and made a 1 PM appointment to have them installed. We also stated we would wait on the install. This was decide based on our passed experiences with tire installation at your competitors. We have 7 cars so needless to say we are getting tires installed a lot! When we arrived we were informed that they would have us out in about an hour and a half. That in itself seemed quite long, again based on past experiences but we accepted that. Now you were not busy, there were 2 customers waiting on their cars when we arrived and only one customer came while we were there. It took you almost 2 1/2 hours to install our tires. No problems with our car just slow service. We watched the guy do our tires. Moved like a snail and did a lot of nothing. Yo

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I came in twice for a wheel alignment. Both times they charged me $25, and both times they said they couldn’t complete the alignment. The first visit, they claimed a bolt on one side was bad. I replaced it with a brand-new one. When I returned, they then said a bolt on the other side was bad. My husband personally checked everything himself, and the bolts were completely fine. There was nothing wrong with them. What makes this even more frustrating is that I later went to another location within the same Tires Plus network, and they completed the alignment without any issues. So clearly the problem was not the car. I paid twice at this location and received nothing in return. Total waste of time and money. Very disappointing service.

Took my car here to have 2 tires replaced. I’d recently had a back one replaced from a hole and during the service the dealership said the other back tire tread was fine. I arrived early for my appointment and before I even handed my keys over the gal at the counter says “we will be doing all 4.” I said No, I just want the front 2 today as that is what I requested. She tells me they probably won’t help me then. I said I was happy to go elsewhere if they could not honor my request. I ended up handing my keys over and took a seat. She immediately walked out to the mechanic and started whispering and gesturing towards me while they both laughed. It felt uncomfortable. I waited and they both came in whispering and she says “yeah, we will be doing all 4.” Again I said no I asked for 2 and that

The counter gal was amazing and helpful. The mechanic The day before that put air in my tires did a tread depth for me and offered his recommendation. I had the car aligned, oil changed and 4 new tires installed in less than 1 1/2 hours. It rides like new again. Thank you everyone.

I made an appointment to have a headlight replaced on Saturday (1/10/26) at 2pm. I confirmed with manager Cory on Friday (1/9/26) that Tires Plus had the part in stock for the service requested. When I arrived for the appointment and after waiting 20 minutes, I was told that they were unable to replace the headlight because they didn't have it in stock. The Tires Plus team told me manager Cory was unavailable for contact regarding this issue until Tuesday (1/13/26). However when I called back after 3pm on Saturday (1/10/26) he was suddenly available and responded by blaming me. Please do not trust the unprofessional service offered by Tires Plus at the location in Blaine.
