Tires Plus

Horrible experience. I went yesterday and got four new brand tires 🛞 As I was leaving weights on two of the tires that they put on came off on the interstate which made my wheel start to shaking really bad while driving. (I was like OK human error, things happen) So I took it back for them to fix it and they so-called fixed it and guess what it happened again, as I was leaving back on the interstate and the weights came off one of my other back tire. So at that point, I took it to another tire plus in Orlando. The one in Winter Park. They got it and managed to fix it by telling me that the other tire shop put the wrong size on twice that’s why it kept popping off. So I finally made it back to South Carolina from 9AM to 1:50 AM the next day and I wake up this morning back home just to find

If I can give 0 stars I would. Went in for an oil change. They stripped my plug and were trying to make me pay for the repair. Not even a month later my oil pan started leaking. EVERYWHERE I called they said I need to take my car back to whom last did my oil change, TIRE PLUS! I got corporate involved and thank God, they repaired my oil pan. BUT not even two hours later my check engine light comes on, I called and the store manager try to say it was on already! It turned out that the tech left oil stick out! Cool that was fixed…. Not even 24 hours later my front wheels are rattling and I am missing lug nuts!! Currently waiting for corporate to call me back and see what they are going to do and say about it this but I regret the day I stepped in this location. Sloppy work and mediocre techs

I took the car in with no warning lights on the dashboard; the service was only supposed to be replacing the front brake pads and discs. When I picked up the car, the ABS and ESC control lights were on, and shortly after driving, the steering wheel warning light with an exclamation point came on, as well as the electronic injection light. I took it back, and they charged me for new front wheel speed sensors, in the same area where they had replaced the brake parts. In other words, they damaged something that was working so that I would have to come back and pay for their mistake. The funny thing is that in the first diagnostic, they didn't identify any problem with the sensor. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but today was incredibly frustrating. While I walked in without an appointment, I specifically asked if someone could look at my car and how long it would take. I was yes and that it would be a few minutes. An hour and a half later, my car hadn’t even moved. If you don’t have time, just say so—don’t waste people’s time with false assurances. Really disappointed in how this was handled.

Had an appointment set up came early for the appointment. Spoke to the person on the phone about 15 minutes before I arrive to confirm the appointment and told me the earlier the better get there at 5:25 or 6 o’clock appointment and they said that they’re not gonna be able to get my car done today. It would’ve been nice to tell me that before I drove to your shop when I called initially at about 5:05 PM but again it’s life… lesson learned never will get a dollar from me or anybody that I know
