Luis is a real asset to this location in Plant City. He explained everything so carefully and I could tell he really cared. Price was fair and appropriate for what a needed. So grateful for this company. Not only was I a walk in, I was treated with the utmost respect. I had concerns about a tire, and they got my vehicle in straight away. The problem was bigger than I imagined, but the price was so incredibly reasonable! I waited less than an hour and they were so understanding about me having to leave to go get my wallet which I left at home. Luis and the rest of the staff were so kind, so patient, and they treated me like family. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for anymore issues and maintenance. Thank you guys and ladies! I ALWAYS have the BEST experience when I’m at Tires Plus, especially the one located here in Plant Cory!! Jessica and the team there are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make side your car is getting the best service and troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the issue and provide detailed explanations, not just verbally, but they will show you what is happening and explain their repair! I love that they care enough to help you avoid future issues instead of allowing things to go wrong to have you back for another repair for the sake of making money! They truly care and it shows every time I go there! I won’t go anywhere else! GREAT job GREAT team and you’ve got my business!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I brought in my tire needing a new valve stem and you took it in and fixed it immediately. I could tell your shop was very busy at the time yet you were able to fix my tire while I waited on the pricing for a new set of tires. I wish all businesses would have the same attitude and work ethic as your shop.
