Tires Plus

We had some warranty work that needed to get done on a rental car. I changed the tire on the side of the road to the baby spare. JUSTIN not only changed out the baby spare to the regular tire that they repaired, but ALSO put the baby spare back in the trunk to include the jack and tools in the correct spot in the trunk... I was VERY pleased with the service and speedy-ness of the work he did. I also saw JUSTIN checking the other 3 tires air pressure and making sure they were ALL at the correct pressure ! Because of the quick and thorough work they did our vacation was only interrupted for a few brief moments...

Oscar was very helpful in explaining the necessary repairs. He and his team diagnosed the problem and recommended maintenance that would prevent the problem from occurring again. I felt like he really wanted our vehicle to work properly and safely.

I was there for tire repair. Both the male and female at the service desk were helpful and professional. The work was done quickly, even being I was a walk in. I would go back again, hopefully I won’t need to.

Chris is AWESOME! His energy brightens up the entire store. His engagement with customers goes above and beyond. From the phone call to the vehicle delivery, he keeps customers engaged and informed.
