Tires Plus

Wow the staff are really nice, I saw a review saying they were rude had to have been a completely different tire shop. Kit is the manager, and has been the manager for 15 years. He is a Marine (not active duty)Semper Fi! He was so kind, happy, such a grateful person. He was helpful, finding out I was poor, he helped with my cost, with a discount. The young lady at the counter was kind, happy, and decent. Bring her bacon roses lol. I forgot her name and I feel terrible about that. Tires plus owns firestone/Bridgestone. They do not sell Chinese garbage tires.I will be going back. I will be doing business with Tires plus again. Thank You again Kit, I appreciate you, and am grateful for your help.

I brought my 2012 Kia Soul here on 2/25 for an alignment. They told me I had a hole in my rack and pinion and quoted me a price of 1621.83 for parts and labor and charged me a 25.99 fee. I took my car to A-1 alignment shop (shameless plug) and they were able to do an alignment with no problem. Now, I’m not saying they lied, but I recommend getting a second opinion.

They did a great job. Had 4 tires replaced. Only why I didn't do anything 5 was because it took almost 3 hours. Other than that no complaints. Ty tires plus

I'll be coming back! They got me in the same day, they didn't try to upsell me, it was a fair price, and everyone was really friendly. :) I'm so glad to have my alignment fixed!

When I arrived to get tires I was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours. Three hours later they had not even started. Six hours later still waiting. I get that things get busy. But just tell me upfront. I won't make this mistake again.
