Tires Plus

I do most of my own work. However sometimes at my age, you encounter a problem beyond your own physical means. This was such an occasion. A simple in line fuel filter, should have been an easy peasy remove and replace. However that was not the case. I called them for sn estimate, book said .6hrs. Great I said when can I bring it, now they said. We were on our way. Now it took 3 techs, and 2 managers intermittently and several hours to accomplish the task. I didn't feel bad that I could not do it. However they got it done. They honored the quote without me asking. I have to say good people at this location. Much to their chagrin, I'll be back.

I’m giving an 5 star rating because the experience was exactly what you hope for when taking your car in for service. Greg, the manager at the Sebring location, was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. During the inspection, Greg and his team called whenever something came up and explained why it needed attention, what it would cost, and then gave me space to decide—no pressure at any point. The pricing felt fair and transparent, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Most importantly, the work speaks for itself. My car drives like it did five years ago. That kind of result earns a strong recommendation. Thanks to Greg and the entire team for running a professional, honest shop.

Terrible service. Made appt online. It said they had three of the tires I only needed two. I got there and was told that they had them and it would be about an hour. I took my granddaughter and went to dollar tree after an hour they called me, not to tell me my car was ready but to tell me they "couldn't put their hands on those tires" but they had others in stock only ever other tire they had was double what I was supposed to pay. I was standing there in the dollar tree looking at my car that had never been moved. I said no I'm not paying double. The woman proceeded to tell me she would have them take my car back down and park it for me. I guess she didn't realize I was looking at my car. So that in itself let me know they are dishonest. I will walk before I ever go back there.

They did NOT fix my tire pressure problem because the tire pressure light is still on even after driving over 100 miles. Checking tire pressure should be part of tire rotation. It seems like a very incompetent technician worked on my car. Now I'm doubting if other services were done properly? I will NOT go back to that Sebring location anymore.

This place used to be great I’m guessing new people work here. My shop is right down the road and I’ve been taking the fleet trucks here for years. It’s always been in and out, I called yesterday to set up an appointment for today. My noon appointment was confirmed and I dropped truck off at 11:50 am and 1.5 hours later called for an update and all the girl could tell me was I don’t know what the status is. After 2 hours I walked back up to the shop to see my truck had never moved. At that point I asked for the keys back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Why even have the option to make an appointment if you’re not even going to look at the vehicle after 2 hours? All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation/balance.
