Don't bring your car here!! My car sat for 4 days. Tyler was one of the managers. He strung me along. My car sat in the same spot. He continued to lie & say that someone was on it. I asked to be called my his district. He said he would tell them to call me or file a 1800 number complaint. They are not qualified enough. I feel that this was deliberate. I had to call & tell them to roll my window up because it was going to rain. The night before, the window was left down all night. I said something to Tyler about it, he said that " it didn't get wet because I checked." The incompentence is unreal. He lied from day one. Never bring your vehicle here.

I originally came in for an alignment and didn't see an employee when I walked in. That should've been a red flag as it shows how they value their (potential) customers. I waited for at least 10 minutes before I got impatient. I saw employees in the bay just casually having a conversation and I made sure to put myself in their line of view hoping they'd see me. No luck. I eventually called their number on Google, phone in the lobby started ringing and that got someone's attention. The guy I spoke to seeded annoyed that he had to do his job and said they couldn't do it today and that they could schedule it for Friday. I agreed. I was not impressed with their service so I began looking elsewhere to get serviced. I ended up going to MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKES located on 2475 CUMBERLAND PKWY SE. I

I was there for a vehicle inspection and tires if needed. Great customer service. I was treated very well. My car was serviced quickly and no one tried to up-sale me on tires I didn't need. I was told I could wait but that my tires are approaching time for replacement. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star visit is because the waiting area is so-so. Bu and the bathroom was icky. But internet was available so I could answer emails while I waited.

Me and another lady were there for 10 minutes before we were greeted. There isn't a bell or anything to let the workers know that we walked through the door. 3 other ladies had been in the lobby. One since 10 am, they hadn't gotten to her car yet and it was 5:00pm! The other two ladies had been waiting since noon and no update on their cars. They had to ask what was going on with their cars. The guy that came in and told them, looked and acted like he was half sleep, he mumbled a lot and didn't care what was going on. He was there for a paycheck obviously, but he didn't have a sense of care or urgency. I drive a stick shift, when the guys put my car in park, they didn't put it back in neutral which caused my car to stall. They also didn't have all the tools needed to take off my tire. If y

I had an appointment for new tires on Friday, 1/5, at 4:00 PM and didn’t leave until 8:00 PM. After sitting for over two hours with no updates, I asked why it was taking so long. I was told there were 20 minutes left. Forty minutes later, I watched the service area and realized my car hadn’t even been started until close to 7:00 PM. When I tried to ask questions to understand the delay, I was cussed out by an employee. The manager on duty then went outside, yelled at the technician working on my car, and told him to stop and pull my car out. I asked what he was telling him to stop doing, as I needed to know my vehicle was serviced properly before paying. He eventually apologized and handed me a card for a free oil change, but this does not resolve the situation. My car is under warranty,
