Tires Plus

First time coming to this place for a blown out tire. They didn’t push anything extra on me but did let me know what else needed done. Everyone was BEYOND polite to me. I had a great experience here. The work done was top notch for the price I paid, well worth it. I recommend this place 100000x. 10/10 service 🥰

This place is a joke. Made an appointment for my wife’s car to get a tire fixed. Told them we needed a patch, they said they patch and plug the tire. I removed a screw and put a tire plug in it. But wanted a patch because it’s better and peace of mind my wife wouldn’t be stuck somewhere with a flat tire, at the appointment the told my wife nothing was wrong with the tire and it needs air.. I PUT A PLUG IN IT MYSELF I KNOW IT HAS ONE! they insisted she didn’t know what she was talking about and that nothing was wrong with the tire. Smh.. was it because she is a woman? I don’t know. We took it to affordable tire where they actually seem to like what they do to get it patched. Highly advise doing anything with this company as they might tell you your breaks are good as you scraping metal, or

The staff and service are amazing. The store on the other hand remains to be desired. The toilet is gross. There are no vending machines in lobby, just a sad coffee setup. I wouldn’t care about no vending machines other than the fact that there is absolutely nothing in the vicinity of this tire store to go get anything to eat or drink. Any sort of food or drinks are a decent walk and if you have kids the streets that surround this place are super busy. I talked to quite a few other customers and they also thought it was pretty sad not to even have vending machines because most people that were here with me were also here for a few hours. PLEASE get a vendor to drop off a snack and drink machine.

I made an appointment for a simple wheel alignment for 10 am. But didn't get completed until about 11:30 am. Causing me to miss another appointment that morning. The person there before me, who also made an appointment, waited even longer and she only had them do a tire rotation.
