Tires Plus

I have been a long time customer and Tires Plus always treat me so special. I came in with a nail in my tire and they changed my tire, ordered a new one and I was on my way in 30-40 minutes. The next day they called and said the tire was in. I get there in the afternoon. My tire is replaced, my old one put back in the spare location and again on my way in 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service. I love working with this team

I purchased tires from here within the last few months. I noticed I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I brought my car in to have the tire checked for a nail. Mr. Carlos assisted me when I purchased the tires and as well as today. Lo and behold, I had a nail in my tire and it was going to be a $31.00 repair,but Mr. Carlos was able to get me that patch for free! His coworker Davi, she was awesome too and knows her stuff! All in all I had a wonderful experience with them. Put a smile on my face too. :)

So I am new to the area unsure of the best tire place to go to. The other morning I get in my car and my car was throwing low pressure in 3 of my tires. I was headed to one place but then I saw till Tires Plus on US one (1600 is hwy 1) here in St Augustine and drove in. The lobby was filled and all the bays had cars up in the racks. I stopped and asked him if they could just check my tire pressure. They were three people deep in the line and then Carlos the service specialist said I’ll be with you in a minute and get somebody out there to help you. And he did the guys went out there and put air in. . They checked all the tires and Carlos came out actually found a nail in my tire. So he inspected the tires and we decided to put tires on. I purchased two tires and had them placed on the rear axle of my 2023 Toyota Tundra. The lady stationed at the counter was very helpful in finding the discontinued tires for my Toyota Tundra. She took the time and effort to call the other stores and obtain them - 5-star kudos for her. I got my tires changed and everything seemed fine. The day after, I drove my truck on the highway at 85 mph; it shook from the rear indicating to me the tires were not balanced - the truck has never shaken before. I took it back to the shop a day later and had the store balance the tires again. I then decided to drive the vehicle on the highway at 85 mph, and the same shaking occurred again.
