Tires Plus

I'm a returning customer that has purchased 3 sets of tires from this Tires Plus. I've been very satisfied with the tires and the service. I had an incident where I had to use my roadside hazard guarantee and they made good on it without any issues. This last set of tires I just purchased were for a high milage vehicle that I ddin't want to spend a lot of money on. I gave them a budget guideline and they found a set of tires that matched it. I was pleasantly surprized that they didnt push for more expensive tires. I have several tire options closer to home but I keep going back to tires plus because I've never had a problem with them.

We had a great experience with this team. We had a tire blowout on our way from Tampa to Stuart. Mateo was great on the phone. It’s a great care of us. They were able to get us in and out quickly since we’re from out of town. I’d highly recommend their services.

Larry was extremely helpful on the phone and made everything easy before I even arrived. When I got there, Mateo was outstanding. His customer service was truly 10-star. Mateo was handling multiple customers at once and never lost his cool. He remained professional, calm, and very helpful the entire time. He explained everything clearly, gave great offers, and was soft-spoken and respectful. Both Larry and Mateo made this visit a great experience, and I really appreciated their excellent customer service.

From out of town. Noticed a bubble on tire’s sidewall. Needed to get tire replaced immediately. I pulled into Tires Plus in Stuart, FL. Saved me from what would have been a dangerous blowout while driving. Thank you, Mateo, for helping to keep me safe on the road! Almost minus one star ‘cause it took a lot longer than I was originally told to expect.

Stopped in with no appointment because I found myself the lucky recipient of a nail in the tire on my way home. I was greeted by Matteo who was by far the nicest person I have ever worked with. He checked the tire and noticed that I was long overdue for a new set of tires. I was already eyeing the tread for a few weeks prior and expecting that. He was so nice about it. I didn't feel at all like I was being given the usual sales pitch and pressured into any purchase. He was so genuinely sweet and really worked with me to find a product that fit my needs and budget. The experience was surprisingly pleasant! They are fixing my tire now while I enjoy a latte at the Starbucks next door and I will be back next Tuesday for that new set of tires.
