I get my questions answered directly. The team there : very pleasant,good customer service,transparent about costs. I have to highlight Ultra and Demetri whose customer service is simply phenomenal. Last visit waiting time was short and fast .

Amazing experience. I called yesterday about having a full set of tires purchased and installed, they told me I could come in the next day. My car was taken in right after arrival, normal service time for completion. I was greeted up on arrival, the reception area was clean, hot coffee was available. The Manager, Ultra was excellent, he explained everything recommended for future service in detail, very personable. It was a pleasure spending my money at the location. I'll surely return for the recommended services.

I had an amazing overall experience. Ultra took care of me, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I has to change 2 of tires, and with good prices. The customer service was top-notch. Ultra was incredibly friendly and helpful. The service was also super quick, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location!

I came in to this Tires Plus store to get a flat tire repaired after I was in an auto accident earlier today and the staff provided me with very friendly and efficient customer service and they also identified other issues with my car which I was able to pay for with my new tires Plus store credit card So I want to give credit to Joey and everyone else working at this location during my visit for a job well done today!!

Ultra was absolutely amazing... we had a flat tire & stuck on the road w two kids. He got us in & tire changed immediately. Fair priced tires.. man this guy saved me big time. 5 stars
