Courtney and Jordan are the best ever! They also offer the courtesy check. They will always let you know about recommendations for your vehicle. They take pictures to show you what they are talking about on the tablet. I love the fact that they send you and email of the receipt as well. I have been going to Tire Plus for years. I love taking my car here to get serviced. Customer service skills are A-1!

I went to the Toyota dealership in the area and asked and paid for a service that was not completed as asked. I went to Tires plus and my car was provided the service that was asked which was rotating my tires ,mount, and balance and my car is back to normal a smooth quiet balanced ride. Customer service was great, caring, and understanding. During my wait I met long term customers that were highly satisfied and shared their satisfactory experience and recommended that I choose this location from now on.

Courtney opened the doors promptly 7 AM and explained what the process would be when the master tech Keiith arrived and provided the cost for the diagnostic. Taylor kept me updated on the progress and provided the diagnostic cost of repair. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. This was helpful as we had to rent a car and get hotel for only one day.I thank the entire staff for their professional approach.

Coolant level was low report said it was good.They rotated tires from back to front. Car requires different air pressure. Went back to get it corrected, they told me to drive it the tire pressure will correct it self. Showed them recommending pressure on the inside of the door and what the dash was reading.They still didn't want to adjust the pressures.

i came in for just some basic services, i need some tires and my good buddy Jordan told me i needed air filters. He gave me a reasonable price and got it done for me very quickly. Highly recommend, i will be back.
