Tireville

I needed air in my tire since it was flat(it was at 9) and I still had to go to Kendallville. After getting hundreds of recommendations to go to Tireville for a new tire, I decided to give them a try. I told them I would come back later when I have more tome(had to pickup the kids from sitters), and I just need air right now. The guy at the front desk just states. “We have an air machine in the shop, but you can’t use it” ok is there anything you can do to help? I’ll be coming back to buy new tires. Nothing. Not a sorry, not anything helpful. Not even a word. I thought this place was supposed to treat you like “family”? Maybe I’m not the type of person they usually see because the color of my skin, or maybe it’s because I’m a woman. Who knows, but I took my business to BELLE TIRE and spent

My last review was from 5 years ago, so I’m updating to reiterate this place has saved my ass multiple times. Still great prices and speedy quick! Support your local mom and pop tire shop! Original review: Staff have always been friendly and very quick with their work! Prices are great for tire repairs/servicing and new tires.

25 mins for alignment good time BUT the worst customer service whoever works the desk if he’s an owner or employee he needs to learn customer service and learn how to talk to people with respect. Throwing his arms everywhere and crying about someone not knowing the size of an ATV tire even though it was in their trunk 🤣 .

Took it in for 4 new tires, (1 had a slow leak) spent 1600 on service and everything. Same tire is leaking
