Yoder Ford, Inc. Service

I have brought my 2013 Ford F150 FX4 in 4 times, since October of this year, once for a recall, once for a coolant pump, twice for a parasitic draw. Recall and pump, fine no issues. Parasitic draw is still not found, my rear parking aid was left wrapped in a plastic bag and not plugged back in. I am less than pleased about being laughed at when I call for a return appointment because your technicians failed to find the draw after a week and I have to bring it back a second time for the same issue. Stick to tire and lube, apparently thats all you are qualified to do.

Had a recall on my car for headlight relay. 15yrs ago+ Well after all that time I realize why they had a recall. The lights one day won't come on... Calling Every Ford dealer close around was at least a month out. Called Yoders Talked to service. Told them my situation. Got me scheduled for the following week. Great facilities. Courteous and professional staff.

Had them install an awesome tonneau cover on my 2022 Ford F-150. Install was well done and in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my visit to their service center and will return again for any services that I may require in the future. Excellent people and superior products. Thanks again for great experience.

I was pleased with my oil change. However my car was done and I waited for almost a half hour while the employee had a conversation with another customer about hot rods. I finally walked to the service center only to find out my car had been done all that time. Service was good, customer service needs a repair!!!

Easy to schedule an appointment with, and they respond fast to emails sent. Only took about 30 mins for the oil change and they checked all fluids, air filters, brakes, and tires. I love that they have a spot kids to play!
