THEY CHARGED ME 310.50 FOR A TEN MINUTE JOB!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND OVERCHARGE! I THINK SOME OF THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE LEFT BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS... I went there 2 days before Christmas because my battery was acting up and it wouldn't even jump start. They pulled my car in and put a little battery tester to my battery and they said i needed a new one. I went down and got a battery from Oreillys down the street and came back within 10 minutes. They swapped out the battery and pulled my car out...I went to the desk to pay and his wife said it was 300! At first I thought I was a mistake because I had brought my own battery...they informed me that I was being charged 200 for them checking and "diagnosing a dead battery" and another 100 dollar

Today I picked up my truck after an unforseen issue in addition to my oil pan seal replacement. I am lucky enough to have that service at Tisdales because the owner Ron and his wife were very understanding and gave me the best option for price. My extended warranty through American Aito group was okay but not 100% covered for this repair. My service experiences from Tisdale Automotive have always been great, expensive at times for oil changes, but each major service done at Tisdale have been without question fantastic. The service/ repair were explained before it was conducted by the techs.

I’m so happy I called Tisdale’s because I was in a bind. My vehicle broke down on me after a long 9 hour trip to South Carolina, after calling 5 other places that could not get to my vehicle until next week Tisdales said we can have you done the next day! I wish more mechanic’s shops were more like them. Thank you so much for having me back on the road!

I would not recommend this mechanic shop. $400+ later my car has the same issues it had and they kept running up the tab to get more diagnostics. I took it to another mechanic in town who immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a repair plan. So glad I didn’t spend any additional money at this place but could have saved $200+ at least by going straight there.

They say the specialize in everything including head gasket replacement. And no they don't. Make sure u have it in writing, cause they change up and will hold ur vehicle and charge u even more money get it in writing before u ever leave ur vehicle there
