Titan Vans

Purchased a new Ultra 144 from Titan Vans in March of 2025. Extremely happy with the van as well as Titan's service department. Matt and his team worked with me through every phase of the building process and made sure that all my specific upgrades were installed correctly. The system manuals & videos are comprehensive which is very important for any new van owner. Any minor after-sale adjustments or upgrades I've made have been handled quickly and professionally at Titan's new facility in Boulder. All systems integrated into the van allow for ease of access for most van shops to work on in case there's ever an issue out of state. I recently experienced a clogged exhaust tube on my Webasto heating system due to icy slushy road conditions. I attempted to start my heater un aware of the blockage at the end of the exhaust tube. The system sensed the problem and would not start. I reset the system but no luck. After 3-4 attempts there seemed to be a hard lockout and would not even receive fault codes anymore. I took my van into Titan and after a thorough diagnostic review the team was able to remedy the issue in a timely manner. The Titan operation is incredibly dialed in. Titan Vans is a fantastic company. Their van builds are top-notch and extremely functional. Can’t say enough great things about this business - except that their post-purchase service is also VERY impressive. Ryan Schulz provides the most amazing support and is highly responsive (and patient). He and his team make this company shine. 5-stars, I highly recommend Titan.

Rather nonplussed by the inattention to detail, disinterest, and general malaise I received from Titan Vans during my camper van heater repair request. I was pleased with how quickly they responded to my service request via their website (I called multiple times but the answering machine says use their online form) but without really listening to what I had going on the technician diagnosed the issue as 'what they'd typically been seeing" and said he'd send an estimate. The estimate included parts for both a 12v and 24v setup. So not only were the parts inaccurate, they weren't even consistent. Worst of all was was being quoted a two-week lead time for parts to arrive — and only after the parts arrive would I be able to schedule service. And this is in winter, as a full-time van lifer .

These folks are awesome & they stand by the quality of their work product. They rebuilt my German diesel heater, which went out this winter because I didn’t have it regularly serviced. It works great now!!! They’re professional, know their stuff & my dog loved them. I plan to buy my next van from them. Highly recommend!
