Tito’s Tire Shop did an amazing job! The service was quick and efficient, and the team was very professional from start to finish. They got me in and out fast without cutting corners, and everything was done right. I really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend if you need reliable tire work!

I have previously used Tito’s Tires Shop for tire services without any issues, and those experiences were always satisfactory. Members of my family have also used this shop in the past with good results. Unfortunately, my most recent visit for a wheel alignment only was very different. The shop was not authorized to perform any engine or oil-related work. After the alignment, the vehicle handled worse than before. The alignment report provided showed the vehicle was still outside manufacturer specifications, and the vehicle was released without being test-driven. When I immediately returned to report the unsafe handling, employees then performed a highway test drive and took the vehicle back into the shop. During this process, engine oil was added despite no authorization or request

If I could put a 0 star I would. My car broke down on the way home from work. It was towed to Tito’s Tires. They told me it was the transmission and was going to be too much to fix and they would take it and scrap it and gave me $400. Therefore I had to buy a car from them. 6 months later I see my car! It still had my sticker I bought while in Hawaii in the back window and the camera I had installed on the back! I was furious! They don’t even know what a financial bind they put me in. When I went in the establishment to find out who was driving it I was told who it was, who just happened to be the mechanics wife at Tito’s. The next day, the sticker was gone and a new hood was put on. Beware of these people!!

We had an excellent experience with the team when our RV had a flat tire while traveling through the area. Yeni, the receptionist, and the rest of the team provided outstanding customer service, quickly repairing the flat tire despite our RV requiring special services. The pricing was fantastic, and they fixed the inside tire incredibly fast, allowing us to continue our journey without significant delay. The owner, the entire team, and especially Yeni, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend their services and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you again for the amazing work!
