Valvoline Instant Oil Change

As a former manager of this very store, I am once again disappointed with the quality of service. The greeter/service writer failed to follow the established script to offer additional services, which is a basic expectation of the role. The under-hood technician did not complete the inspection in the required order, missing key steps. At the conclusion of service, I asked if the washer fluid was filled and was told it had been—yet upon checking, it clearly was not. I was not shown the oil dipstick to confirm that fresh oil was installed and at the proper level. Tire pressures were not checked, nor was the oil light on the dashboard reset. These are all fundamental parts of the service process, and failing them reflects poorly on both the staff and management oversight. So now I get the

I've been taking cars here for years, service and people are awesome. This time they forgot the tire pressure check which was one of the reasons I went, and there was oil dripped on the driver door when they showed me oil level...car is white so not unoticed. Additionally, as I was not over a service pit, not even confident my filter was changed as i never saw it. It was lunch time or something as was rushed out but there was no one waiting to come in. Not sure I'll go back to this Valvoline again.
