TLC Auto Body & Frame

After my accident, they told me the repair would take about one week once the insurance claim was approved. Instead, they kept my car for over a month to fix only the rear bumper. There was absolutely no communication during that time. They didn’t return calls, didn’t provide updates, and I had to repeatedly go there in person just to get basic information about my own vehicle. When I finally got my car back, I started experiencing additional issues that did not exist before the repair. It is unacceptable to return a vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off — especially after such an excessive delay. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I would never use this shop again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ric saved us while on our way to Myrtle Beach. Our heat shield came loose and started dragging on the road. We pulled over for safety and called AAA, which failed us miserably. Ric was able to coax us to try driving and we got to his place safely. He reattached the plates and sent us on our way. What a kind person.

Used TLC when my 16 yr old daughter had a small fender bender. Great experience! Great service and affordable pricing. As a Farm Bureau Insurance agent, I recommend to my clients when in need.

Had a great experience with Rick at TLC. He repaired a scrape on my rear bumper when other companies wanted to replace the lower bumper at about 5x the cost. Rick even came under his original estimate. The repair is flawless and you can't tell where the initial damage was. Good communication from both he and his wife in terms of scheduling. Honest, easy to work with, great workmanship.

Rick is great and his prices are very reasonable. You may have to wait because he does Excellent work at a very fair price.
