As a long time Lexus owner, I have been a customer of TLC practically since Allen Anderson opened the doors. In every instance my experience has been outstanding through the ultimate in professionalism and technical knowledge--- all at a fair price. I recommend that all Lexus owners in the Winston-Salem area get on a regular maintenance schedule with TLC.

They are busy because they are good at what they do, and fair. Specialize in Lexus and Toyota. They went over my new to me used Lexus and verified everything looked good with only and oil and cabin air filter change needed now, with brakes in 5-10k miles. The car has 177k miles, so it was nice to have an expert look it over and not be charged dealer prices.

Excellent experience at TLC Auto. Allen was professional, knowledgeable trustworthy and very personable. His price was far better than the local Lexus dealer. I'm so happy I found this gem so close to home and will certainly be going back the next time I need my vehicle serviced. Bonus: he was kind to my dog.

I came across on Alan's name on a Lexus Internet forum. Between a shoddy dealership repair, and another local "reputable" shop my Lexus was in disrepair. Alan was able to identify the problem, and provide long lasting fix. I have used him ever since. Here is my most recent anecdote. Lexus was unable to deliver a part in a timely fashion. It delayed the repair on my LX 470. Alan took it upon itself to have Lexus discount the part(s), and passed the savings on to me. Alan is fair, honest, and very knowledgeable.

Had a good experience here with a timing belt job on our vehicle. Price was fair and as expected, OEM parts were used, and quality of work done was excellent. I would highly recommend these guys for your Toyota/Lexus service needs.
