Everyone here was very nice, polite and professional. We truly felt that they cared about getting the job done right over just hurrying to just to get the job done and get us moving! Very good service & location. Yes, they're expensive, but you get what you pay for. I had the magical lite up dash warning lights. Turns out I just needed a DPF cleaning. Well, six hundred thousand miles, I guess it was time. The location is good because they're right across the street from the mega Petro 44. So I had a great night's sleep at the hotel. All updates were provided by email via Paccar portal. I even got notice & payed though the portal, which is convenient. I hope I'll be so lucky to break down here in the future. THANKS for the excellent job & keep up the good work.

I bought a piece from here, and I got it for a really good price. Then I called Uber to move it, but the box didn't fit in the car. Then the employees there helped me and moved my box 15 minutes away for free. They are great people

There service is seriously lacking. I took my truck to get air leak fixed they couldn't find it. Also to get idle shutoff removed and they failed to take it off. They don't follow up once they sell you a truck or give good service in my opinion. I would avoid them completely buy your peterbilt somewhere else.

They are slow and I had to bring my truck back because they were not knowledgeable about all the EPA settings. Wasted a total of 6 hours in 2 days plus Jay has no personality worth mentioning. Also overheard fleet manager and Jay gossiping poorly about a local company that just purchased multiple trucks. Not professional.
