I got into a minor accident and was contacted by TNS to bring my vehicle there for repairs as they are partners with the insurance carrier I went through. I’m always kind of reluctant when it comes to booking an appointment before reading reviews but they turned out to be amazing. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. Andrew, Jamie, Terry and the entire staff were amazing. They take customer care to another level. Every step of my vehicle being repaired was communicated and the entire process of getting my car fixed was smooth. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. It’s such a relief to have such a understanding staff. They were all very personable and caring. Highly recommend!!
