Worst service, I recommend never visit them because these people are greedy selfish people, and would just take out random issue to add in the charges! Pathetic service ever!

Wanted to wait to write my review so I could be completely honest. Took my Dodge Ram up to these guys and I felt like they had my absolute best interest in mind from the jump. Nothing but great things to say about the customer service and the way they describe your vehicle problems to you and make sure you understand whats going on. Had my transmission worked on a few weeks ago and its been solid ever since. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone with automotive issues.

I am new to town and was looking to fix my front suspension problems, but after visiting 4-5 other local mechanic shops that all gave me a different diagnosis and estimates on repairs needed, I started questioning the legitimacy of these shops. Finally, Jones Automotive had been recommended to me. So I go down to Jones Automotive and they immediately helped me and worked together collectively to validate what is going bad on my suspension. The funny thing is that what the actual problem was had been missed in all the other shops estimates of what I "needed". I was able to get my truck in the following day, it took less than 2 days to fix; I paid a fair amount without hesitation knowing that this shop went out of it's way to make sure I wasn't being lied too and gave me quality parts. While on a lengthy road trip at Christmas my car started overheating. There was a hole in the radiator. TNT was able to replace the radiator on short notice which was great. Unfortunately, during the process, they damaged the hood latching mechanism. The hood would not latch. I returned to the shop two days later and they said they fixed the problem. About an hour after leaving the shop, one side of the hood came unlatched again. So, one side was latched, one side unlatched and the release cable would not release the side that was latched. I was forced to continue my trip and it ended up costing more to repair the hood than it did to replace the radiator. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it had to happen to me!

We brought one of our fleet vehicles up to TNT to be worked on. It was our first experience using them as our mechanic. Their team knocked it out of the park. We will be using them as the mechanics for our fleet moving forward, if they'll have us back. Five stars across the board. They're awesome.
