Todd Holliday's Winchester Tire and Alignment

10 stars! There is a reason why this place has such high reviews. My wheel came off while traveling from Texas - I was driving from Arkansas towards Memphis and had to be towed into Memphis. I started calling shops to see if I could find anyone that could fit it in quickly, and a different shop recommended Winchester Tire, and when I called they told me they could get started on it as soon as I got there with my vehicle, which is huge because I always have my dogs with me and it makes everything much more difficult when we ever run into any vehicle issues. Adrian immediately started looking for parts and they had everything finished early the next day. This is one of the shortest breakdowns I've ever had! They even give me a ride to pick up and drop off my rental car. They saved my trip! I

Adrian the GM took good care of me. These guys have integrity and are not looking to rip you off like we experience at most shops now days. They’ve got my business for life. I had my brakes done at Winchester tire and alignment on my Toyota Corolla. Their customer service was outstanding. Very informative, giving truthful information out on my car. As a single person I needed that. I will most certainly refer them and come back for services on my car

We were traveling in our RV van and the transmission blew. We called and they were able to arrange a tow and get a replacement with warranty in 48 hours. The entire staff was fantastic and very pleasant and kind. Highly recommend !!!
