I was quoted 1200 dollars to have my brake pads replaced. Disc brakes. Parts are $90. Communication was not good. I called them and extracted this information on the brakes after asking a bunch of questions after it had been in the shop for over a week. They did not solve the issue I brought it in for, because they could not get the parts, but this was not communicated to me for over a week. They still took off all the door panels and put them back on so the handle yanked off and the plastic is cracked. I was charged $200 for an oil change, a week of trouble, and damage to my vehicle. These guys are great. Saved us when we were really in need. Just passing through when our Sprinter Van blew a fuel hose. Couldn't find anywhere else to go and these guys were so helpful. I was driving cross-country when my car broke down, it needed major repair work (engine replacement). Todd quoted a price that was over 1k less than the other guys in Silver City. His team made it a top priority to fix it quickly. All throughout the process, Todd communicated everything that he was doing. He was always available for questions and he even offered to top off the coolant well past store hours so that I wouldn't lose another day of travel. I couldn't recommend this shop enough to anybody who needs car work nearby. The workmanship, kindness, and quickness of this shop is top-notch.
