If I could give zero stars, I would. This tow company caused significant damage to my car due to pure negligence. My vehicle was towed from an accident and then dropped because they failed to secure it properly. As a result, the entire front bumper was ripped off. When I approached them about the damage, they took absolutely no accountability. Instead of owning their mistake, they acted like they had no idea what happened. Angel, in particular, was extremely unprofessional—he started blaming me, the customer, for having the car lowered, as if that somehow excused their careless handling. It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to refuse responsibility and try to shift the blame onto the very person who trusted you with their vehicle. My car was towed here because I had to leave it on the side of the road during the frigid weather. Jodi was super helpful with getting my car paid for and understanding of my situation. Thought I would prefer my car not get towed I'm glad they took good care of me and my car. I would also like to share that because of my extenuating circumstances they did not charge me for holding my car in the yard until I figured something out. They treated me like a neighbor!

I had locked my keys out of the car and it was freezing. AAA said they would be over an hour. Todisco was there in 10 minutes and they opened my car door. Thank you guys so much. I had no idea how I was going to fix my situation.
