This is hands down the most irresponsible and shady car-buying experience I’ve ever had. In my experience, Todos Califican should be avoided at all costs. I was sold a vehicle under in-house financing and was told it was financed through Westlake Financial. I was given temporary plates and assured everything was handled. Fast forward ONE FULL YEAR later — still no metal plates, no current registration, and the vehicle has been paid off for over 6 months. It gets worse. I contacted the DMV myself because the dealership stopped giving real answers. The DMV informed me the vehicle is registered in Texas and not even under the dealership’s ownership. Let that sink in. I paid off a vehicle, yet I still don’t have: • Permanent plates • Current registration • A title • Proof the dealer legally
