Maybe somebody at Tom Nehl Will read this and actually care about doing the right thing because this is wrong how they are doing us. I Really hope some one will reach out and make this right. After spending 9,000.00 taking the the truck out and having to bring it back within minutes of getting it. They did more work on it. Got the truck out and just mad it to brunswick so that's a little over 60 miles and broke down on the side if the road with all 9 injectors showing fault. This is ridiculous after 9,000.00 dollars. This is the worst experience. The truck has never been broke down in all the years. This is a good truck and they are horrible at fixing. Had the truck for over a week and now it is having to be towed to a different tom neihl place in waycross. Let's see if they are any bette

Hands down the best customer service, efficiency, and all of the above. Got checked in the night before, I knew I’d be there all day next day anyways. They got me in and out at 7:45 am from diagnostic to approval from warranty company, to finishing the job by 10:30-11:00! So far so good with the truck. Jimmy was awesome. And so was the service advisor, she was awesome as well! Thank you for getting me back on the road in no time!

They fixed my truck and they fixed it at a price that I would expect from any dealership. They did it in a very timely fashion so I'm very happy about that, but is it really so much to ask that these mechanics not get into your truck with incredibly greasy hands and dirty up your living space? This is just from the first wipe of the steering wheel. I'm sure once I go to clean my door handle and the climb bars, I'll find a lot more. And again, this is just the first wipe of the steering wheel. I'm probably going to have to do it two or three times before I don't come away with dirty hands anymore. You guys need to keep in mind that when you get into these trucks to fix them, you're going into someone's home. You certainly wouldn't like it if a guest in your home left a mess like this for yo
