TOM WILSON INC

This is the most honest car shop I have ever been too. I would go to so many different car shops and things the one. When no one can figure out what was wrong they did. They didn’t get it in the first try but they were honest about it and refunded me. They told me since it wasn’t the issue we will refund the money and get the issue fixed. Which they did. They will always ONLY sell you what you NEED. NOT WHAT WILL MAKE THE SHOP MONEY.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had a blowout while traveling and ended up limping into this place for help. The assistant manager, Bobby Wisner, checked his stock but did not have the necessary tire in stock, but told me he could have there the next day. That's when the store manager, Bobby Kitchens, jumped into action. He contacted a nearby competitor to see if they had the tire in stock. They did but could not install it today. Mr. Kitchens asked if they would sell the tire to me and take it back to Wilson's to install. The competitor agreed. However, when we got there to buy the tire, I was informed that they have cash only policy for "carryouts." Mr. Kitchens then drove me to an ATM so I could get the cash I needed. We then went back, bought the tire, drove back to Wil

We have been using Wilson in Odenton for years for our family vehicles for tires, maintenance, oil changes etc. I took our most recent car purchase (2022 Hyundai) in for a tire issue that was not correctly fixed at the dealership and because Hyundai’s service has been nothing but terrible. They scheduled me quickly and had me in and out. Issue resolved!! They are always professional, explain everything in detail and very fair in their pricing. Highly recommend!!

Great Services, Professional and Honest. Had a brake issues went to two different mechanics changing rotor, brakes, etc. and spent bunch of money to find out in few weeks everything is broken again. Went to Wilson Tire and Auto Services, they did a through inspection and found the root of the issues was cause by the old brake fluid hose for 50 bucks, (Best 50 bucks i spent on the car ever!) Fixed everything up in 4 hours, and i never have a brake issues since. Highly recommended

I've brought my past few cars here for oil changes and other regular maintenance and recently used them to replace a tire. I've always appreciated their patience with my questions; they're honest and friendly and their prices are reasonable. I like their location, too -- the wait usually isn't long, but if I'm getting more work done I can walk to the shopping center about a block away.
