I recently moved to Tomball and was looking for a good auto repair place. Bowdid I luck out! I’m a single senior citizen and often I’m concerned about being taken advantage of. Not this place! I’ve never had a more thorough experience with any other place! Bau kept me informed from diagnosis to estimate and repair completion. He communicated with me step by step and included pics showing the areas needing repair! I appreciate the wonderful transparency and slso the more than fair costs! I’m a customer for life now!!! Great people with excellent service! Clear communication, endlessly accommodating, and fair pricing. After hitting one too many curbs, my wheel bearings needed replacement along with some other minor upkeep. They handled everything efficiently, and now my car is running smoother than it has in years — highly recommend!

I got a diagnostic from valvoline a few years back and came to this shop with a laundry list of repair recommendations because they had the lowest cost estimate of local shops. They explained what I did/ didn't need from that list and showed me how I could tell that those components are worn. The master technician was very friendly and honest, very knowledgeable and helpful. The team managed a fast turn around. Strut, rotor, and serpentine belt replacements in one day. They want to make sure you're in a safe vehicle and will go out of their way to point out potential hazards. They also save you money where they can. I do my own work these days, but if I lived in Tomball and had the money to spend, this shop is the only one I'd ever go to.

This place is always my first stop for any general repairs and maintenance needs. They have serviced anything from a small Honda up to a diesel truck. They are always extremely quick (in many instances getting parts and completing repairs in the same day), do quality work and for a reasonable price. Their hours are also extremely convenient, including open on Saturdays, which makes it possible to balance working a job and dropping off / picking up vehicles.

Tomball ASE Auto repair is GREAT! called them with 2 other quotes to get my car fixed and they not only beat the price (over 1k in price difference) they saved me even more money and time by letting me know my car was okay and only needed minor fixups. HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here !
