Update: 11/28/2025. So it continues. Today I got a notification on my truck screen that oil change was needed soon. So they never changed my oil but loosened my oil filter. More proof this service center wanted my truck engine to seize in retaliation. If you don't accept their poor service they trash your vehicle it seems! To whom ever replied to this review, you have a record of me being there under MY FULL NAME regularly for over 5 years for regular maintenance and repairs.. Not an abbreviation. What a silly thing to bring up. I have reached out and got no call back and all that's on the website is bad emails. So now what? Update. I've found more missing from my truck and I haven't even had a mechanic look at it. Under the driver seat there should be covers over the boxes and controls

You think a dealership would have their act together? They kept my Jeep for over 4 months. Service was horrible. Their methods. Unbelievable. Won't even take a vehicle there for an oil change. Beware And when I finally went to go pick it up they left valve cover bolts. Loosened parts were not put back. They were in the backseat the most disappointing experience from a dealership I've ever had if they can't plug it into a computer, they don't have a clue

I initially came to ask service a few questions about my old 2012 Ram with mechanical issues but my wife suggested I look at trucks while I was there, I was greeted by salesperson Jose, he took me through the steps graciously and helped me trade in my old beat up truck for a 2021 F-150 5.0 and I couldn’t be happier. I also got a lot of help from salesperson Honda when I came back the next day, he got me the vehicle history report and answered all questions I had about the truck and the sale…he also drove me back and forth from the repair shop my Ram was at and filled up my new truck with gas. These guys are class acts. These people are out of theyre mind the whole dealership is. Bought a new 56k Ram truck and may and having issues and they want me to pay hem a $300 deposit for a rental and enterprise wants a deposit too. Autonation never did that to me and I didnt even buy my Cherokee from them. Definetly will never return for any sort of buisness here after this is all said and done. They treat you like garbage after you buy a new vehicle from them.

Tomball Dodge Invoice #: 426413 / Date: 2-10-24 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday morning for a simple oil change and to fix a nail in my tire with Vernon my service advisor. 4 hours later I was called and told vehicle was ready. Paid $30 to fix nail in tire which in my opinion was little more expensive than I would have expected. Invoice listed found nail and repaired. Later that night after getting home I noticed the same nail in the tire and had not been repaired. No sign of any repairs either. Monday morning I spoke with Kim who called to talk about how the service went. Told her I was charged for service that was not completed. Gave her all details and was told management would be calling. Never received a phone call back! Tuesday morning I got a generic t
