I have been to your service department a few times and out with a couple of service advisors, but never really felt connected. This time it has changed since I met Zach. What a great service advisor he was. I felt like I was treated like Family. He took care of me listen to my problems with my jeep, and he got me taken care of and explained to me what the issue was, and I have not had any problems since then. He will be taking care of me and my jeep in the future.

I absolutely loved working with this dealership! From the very first phone call, I explained my situation — which was pretty challenging — and asked if they could work with me. Instead of giving me false hope, they were willing to go over numbers before I even came in. I really appreciated that because the last thing I wanted was to get my hopes up and be turned down. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone! Bought brand new truck, experience was horrible! We knew exactly what we wanted, trim, color and truck finding the truck was little issue. Tomball found the truck at sister location, didn’t see picture of the truck but was told it was exactly the one we wanted. Tomball started the paperwork, and we had to wait about 2 days for the truck, never got picture. We paid the truck ahead of time and check was placed on someone’s desk, not processed, no perks for buying new truck. Truck arrived it was big moment for us, they didn’t have the bow or take picture with us and the truck. It was rush experience, and salesman was unhappy because the truck was paid in full and not financed he made few comments he wasn’t receiving commission from this sale. A
