Tomball Ford Service Center

I really like the proficient service and how you can watch servicing of your vehicle from upstairs. Its great to have video games in case you have kiddos with you along w/café. And the massaging chairs were awesome! I wish I could take one home with me. 😆 Tomball Ford really thought this through and was an amazing experience! 👍

My family and I have bought numerous vehicles from Tomball Ford but we will never again just for the fact that their service department is terrible. They quoted a job for my wife’s ford edge and when taken to another dealership not all quoted work was required, I saved 800 dollars by going somewhere else. My brother bought a brand new F-150 from them that he found to be leaking water in to the passenger side of his vehicle. This went unnoticed for a while until he started noticing a musty smell. When he lifted his aftermarket floor mats the passenger side carpet was soaked. Turns out there was a crack way underneath the passenger side dash that obviously could have only been damaged by the factory. Tomball ford refused to warranty the work and quoted 4,000 dollars to fix it. Upon refusing

I took my 2003 Ford Escape for recall service. Jim was my service adviser and he was great! Although i wish it didn’t take over 24 hours for my car to be ready, I can understand why.

My lighting wouldn't charge. They found the issue and rodents ate the charging components. I am in the process of traveling out of state and paying for my father's funeral. I am low on funds with all the expenses. They said I can use BDS. Which is 315 dollar fee. I asked for photos and the old parts as I am doing an insurance claim. My insurance company went there and then agreed on a lower price with the service team than what was quoted to me. Jason told me all that will be owed is the deductible. I just want to pay that at this time and avoid using BDS. I can't pick up my car until next week. I do not want to sign paperwork saying I agreed to pay the higher price. Ashlynn working the service desk was the most condescending, rude person that I have ever spoke to and didn't try to assist

I came to pick up my car after declining a service and notified them on Friday i would be picking up on monday. Before arriving, i got a text saying my car was ready. When I received my car it was still torn apart. The service manager it seem apologetic at all and the manager over the mechanics did not apologize to me or acknowledged me at all and I find that very rude. Also will not be coming back or buying a vehicle from tomball ford again.
