Can’t thank Bob Tomes enough for their excellent service in repairing my 2018 GT Mustang. I trusted no other shop than a Ford shop to ensure my Mustang was repaired to spec using as many genuine Ford parts as possible. Trent, the collision manager was excellent in making sure everything was done properly and insurance was handled. During the painting process, some overspray got on my wheels and Trent spent an extra 4 days polishing the wheels back to original spec. Thanks again Trent for taking care of my car in every way.

I had a windshield repair performed under a new car warranty I had purchased with my original car purchase. Brianna(sp?) was professional, expedient and very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a same day appt and I was in/out of there in under 15 minutes. Great service and as always at any Bob Tomes business, happy employees and professional service. Highly recommend.

Windshield chip repair was quoted at 30 min. Walked in, ReAnna was super awesome. Helped me get checked in. Sat down, 10 min later the gentleman came to let me know he was done. Checked and the job is pristine, very happy. 20/10 no questions. Very happy with the service and the people there. A

Brought my car in to get evaluated after I was in an accident. ReAnna at the front desk, was amazing to deal with. She kept me up to date on everything going on. Andrew kept me up to date on the status of my car. When I needed to get my personal belongings out of my car (due to insurance deeming it a complete loss), a gentleman named Kevin (who was off work and leaving to go home) took the time and helped me to lift my back seat and look for a necklace that was very special to my daughter who dropped between the seats 5 years ago. Kevin was instrumental in finding it. Over all, Bob Tomes Collision Center is the best.
