The AC already had to be fixed immediately after purchase, and now shes being told the engine needs replacing , and that she is expected to pay $2,000. Took it to the shop to get the ac to blow cold.. and same day it makes a noise and next day it cuts off!! coincidence ??? An engine does not “suddenly” fail within days unless there was already a serious problem. Instead of taking accountability for selling a vehicle with major issues, they chose to deflect and bring up how HER son was acting in the office as if that somehow explains an engine failure. I bought a vehicle with them in late April-early May of this year, and i already need to get rid of it. Absolutely terrible service. When i bought the car and was having issues with it not even 2 weeks later they told me to take it to their shop to get it looked at and fixed, because they ASSURED me nothing was severely wrong with the vehicle. The WHOLE transmission needs replaced since it SHIFTS GEARS WHILE DRIVING which is so dangerous, the brakes now are messing up and there is no ac in the car as said there was. they told me they were going to order the parts to fix it and split the cost with me… they never did…. also when i test drive the car in the beginning everything was fine… so they put on a front to act like the car was drivable and reliable but it’s completely not. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week 5/15/25. I paid cash almost $15k. That jeep is already in the shop, where it has been for days. My boyfriend and I almost died because the steering went out come to find out it needs a new power steering pump a new drive shaft new lifters and shaker arms in the motor. This owner is committing severe fraud to the public because this vehicle was not a $15,000 vehicle and with all the issues it's experiencing, I am confident that Tomi Auto will be facing legal action in the near future.
