Tommy's Express® Car Wash

The first few times I went through here it did an excellent job, the conveyor belt system is a lot better for wheels to. I though this touch wash was different , but it's not, it will leave micro-scrapes on you vehicle. If the brushes get dirty it will rub that dirt and rocks against your finish. I initially was happy enough that my wife bought me a years worth of gift cards for my birthday. I noticed significant scratches the last wash I did. The supervisor tried to tell me that stainless steel was soft and scratchable?! (With gravel probably). I tried to return the unused gift cards but they said they couldn't refund them.

The updated wash is awesome. I remember the using the old one that was here from time to time. Was pretty sketchy. They have free vacuums, mat washer room is warm with free towel dispenser, clean bathroom, quick and easy drive through process. My crossover looks new each time I wash. I love that they offer the “try us out” before committing. I will be keeping the plan after the trial. Totally worth it if you wash every week!

I've lived in Bellevue for many years and had carwash memberships at Russell Speeders, Tidal Wave, Club, Cornhusker Auto, Rocket and a few years ago the other Tommy's in Papillion. I had quit going to the Papillion location because it was far from home and I didn't use it enough so I stayed local. So after a few bad experiences with my former carwash place, I was waiting for my membership to end so I could rejoin Tommy's. I'm so thankful to have them minutes from home! The wash is top notch, no complaints yet and I like the belt drive feature especially for my husbands big dually truck. My vehicle is very important to me as it's my source of income and I want to impress my own customers with a nice ride. OK, so basically I’m not even writinga review about this place for its car wash, but me and my friend were cruising down the street on our bikes and his bike chain got stuck behind the cassette and we went over to Tommy’s express car. Wash to see if they had some WD-40 and pliers to help us get the bike chain unstuck, and they did and let us borrow it and now my friends bike chain is fixed. Five stars dude was super nice too.

Tommy’s Express is top-notch! The wash always leaves my vehicle looking spotless and shiny. The whole place runs super smoothly, and Jasmin and Anthony go above and beyond every time — friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and a car that looks brand new!
