Tommy's Express® Car Wash

If you value your car, your time, or even basic human decency, avoid this Tommy’s Express Car Wash at all costs. I’ve never experienced such a perfect combination of damage, denial, and disrespect in one place. My vehicle went through this wash completely intact — and came out with the rear fender ripped off. Accidents happen, but what followed was the real disaster. I asked for help and was directed to the site leader, Will Brown, who delivered one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had anywhere. Instead of doing his job, he acted annoyed that I even brought the damage to his attention. Zero concern, zero effort, and zero accountability. It felt like he couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Professional and friendly staff. Went for a car wash and staff made it easy to enroll with "the works" membership. Very disappointed in the result. Salt was not cleaned. Wheels were extremely dirty. I should have tried the service first before enrolling

Can not say enough good about this place! Justin helped me at the window and was polite and overall fantastic. I wish i knew the blond haired man who was cleaning the trash bins, he saved my life literally lol in my cleaning haze I accidentally tossed my debit card, which I needed for vacation tomorrow. He quickly saw it and made sure it got to me before I even knew i was missing it. This company will continue to get my business based on the great clean, even better service and integrity. Definitely check them out!!

Second time coming here. I signed up on the app for a free months trial. So far no complaints. Been trying to keep this new car shining and clean since I got it and this place has been a huge help. I haven’t had to go through the was a second time or anything. My truck doesn’t come out streaky or looking like half of it didn’t get washed. The free vacuums are nice too. Thanks John B for hooking me up with the new member goodies. I’ll definitely be coming back every week or so to keep my baby shining 😁 Gonna update my review a bit. Came in today (August 28th) to pay for a car wash. I did the trial and still wasn’t sure if I’d subscribe since I’m moving away from Ohio in a month or so, the guy in the window (wish I got his name!) hooked me up with a free wash. Got my car sparkling again. S

Car wash is decent. Staff is friendly. But WHY does a car wash have the most obnoxious pop music possible blasting through every speaker at full volume? Seems unnecessary when every car comes with a radio these days! Anyway I won't be coming back because of the annoying music.
