Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I got $22 car works wash , first i wasn’t satisfied and asked one of your associate and showed him that it didn’t cleaned and he was kind enough to get me another wash but looks like something not right if after 2 consecutive washes tires look like this then there is something wrong. Sorry.

My girlfriend and I have been here through both ownerships at different times. At literally every visit we pay for the works package (#1 /$22) and get the ultimate package (#2 /$20) when passing through. I'm sure we're not the only ones to get ripped off so if you pay for a individual wash make sure as you're going in that you read the screen and you get what you're paying for. Also it never cleans the back of our SUVs completely even after running it through 2 times. The guys running this particular car wash never prewash the front or back of your vehicle either like many other car washes do. I recommend to corporate to do a internal investigation on this car wash and to stop allowing this car wash to rip people off regularly. That's how corporate can make this right with me and everyone

Is this a joke? Feels like I’m being punked. Tommy’s only washed the sides of my car. Missed the entire front and back ends. Car looks like crap. WTH. Last time…bring back Blue Sky.

This car wash must be going downhill. We have a monthly plan. Took our K5 through there yesterday 02/26/2026 The front end didn't get washed and the rims are still dirty. Not very happy.

Literally the best car wash anywhere. I'm so glad they bought out sky blue. Tommy's doesn't damage your car and actually makes the paint job look new. Does a good job on wheels too . Vacuums are great.
