Being from SW Kansas where wind and dirt are two constant factors. I can truly say Tommy's carwash is a business well deserved for our community. The staff is acceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and one of the many reasons why I will continue to support this business. Being a busy person leaves no time or energy to scrub down my car let alone, drag a vacuum from my house, by the way the vacuum area is always clean and their vacuums actually work... With Tommy's affordable and realistic prices I am able to pay ONE great price for their membership and enjoy two minutes of peace while riding through the wash AS MANY TIMES A DAY I WANT! I visited Tommy’s Car Wash and was initially greeted by a very friendly staff member who provided excellent customer service. I mentioned that my truck had a bit of mud on it, and she reassured me that it would come off—and that I could go through again if needed. Unfortunately, I was not advised to fold in my mirrors. As the wash started, the spinning brushes forcefully pulled my mirrors forward, resulting in scratches from the spray nozzles. After the first wash, the mud was still on the running boards, and my brand-new truck—only a week old—had visible scratches. I went through a second time, folding the mirrors in myself, but the brushes still grabbed them and nearly ripped them off. To top it off, the mud was still on the truck after both washes. I’ve been bringing my truck to Tommy’s Express since they opened and never had an issue — until now. Be very careful using their mat washing machine. It completely ripped my OEM all-weather rear mat in half. There are no clear instructions or warnings posted anywhere saying you can’t use long molded mats in the “molded” mat washer. I used the machine as labeled, and when the mat got stuck, a worker removed it and saw it was torn in half. She told me they couldn’t do anything because I used the “wrong machine” — apparently I was supposed to use the flat mat washer, but again, nothing on the equipment said that. She went to find the manager, who came over, looked at the mat, and walked away without saying a word. I had to confront him myself, and all he said was the same thing — blaming me

Best car wash experience I've ever had! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the entire facility is spotless. Tommy's Car Wash is simply the best in town. Highly recommend!

A stay-in-auto adventure quickly moves from entrance to exit very rapidly. There is no manual prewash with the purchase packages, therefore, if there is bug residue on the front of your automobile, this will not remove it. If there is dirt on the back, it will not remove it, either. It was taken to a manual car wash down the street to finish the job. Sad.
