Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Tried this car wash for the first time today. Once I pulled up to the window to pay, the lady asked if I had been here before to which I said no. Her words and I quote “once you get to the belt just put it neutral” I told her great. I then said I wanted the basic wash. She never once confirmed the price and I never got a receipt. Then I did exactly what she told me to do and once I got to the belt I slowed and put it in neutral. She comes out running and yelling telling me I should’ve completely braked and then put it in neutral. Definitely didn’t appreciate how that interaction was handled. Still don’t know what I paid for this horribly rude and mediocre car wash where my car still has streaks all over.

DO NOT TAKE A NEW VEHICLE TO THIS CAR WASH! I took my new vehicle that I purchased in April 2025 into this car wash and got permanent brush marks on the driver side door in front of and on the door handle. That was last Saturday Sept. 20 and the Manager looked at it and acted like it wasn't their fault. However, he did promise to contact me on Monday which never happened. I went to the car wash again this Saturday Sept. 27 and the Manager is now on vacation. I cancelled my monthly subscription and I will not be back to this pathetic car wash. Only take an old vehicle that you don't mind getting scratched into this car wash!

I am disappointed in this place. An employee sold me a membership and she mentioned that it was good for 90 days. Since I am moving now, I no longer need the membership. However, I found out that the membership deal was only good for 30 days, so instead of paying $14.99 as advertised, I have been apparently paying more. I understand trying to make a sale, but deceiving a customer to make some extra money is unethical. You have lost my service. 0/10

Scratched up the paint on my dually truck. Not actually dually friendly. I fit, which was cool but the wash scrubbers were hitting my truck and when I got out there’s new swirl marks and a couple areas where it cut through the clearcoat even. From a distance the truck looks good, unless you know what it looked like yesterday you wouldn’t notice how scratched up it just got.

I have a large HD pickup and the dryers always fail to get the tailgate and rear window. I always hand dry anyhow so not a big deal. Good value for the monthly subscription vs individual washes. I like to keep my truck clean and Tommy’s delivers
