This place is top notch! I have a 3500 crew cab dually and it handles my truck with no problem! The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. The molded mat washer works great when you know how you use it properly😁 one of the staff helped me out after my mat got stuck. Great place to get your ride clean!

I will say I have never looked back to any other car wash since becoming a “works” wash member back in November of last year. Every time I arrive it a smooth breeze in the mobile app/ member lane. This is super convenient opposed to the teller window, especially when you know what you are already on your way in for! Jordan and kharmyn did great with showing me how to use the Mat cleaners. They’re a great addition to the wash since I have heavy rubber mats! Those girls will definitely set you up for success!! LOOK at that shine!

Great experience at Tommy’s Express in Madison! Zane was super helpful explaining the promotions and the car wash I was getting so I knew exactly what to expect. He took the time to answer my questions and was really friendly. Another young guy working there was also very kind and helpful to me and the other customers while I was there, offering towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was nice to see everyone being so attentive. Kharmyn also came over to check on me during my visit to make sure everything was going well and asked if I was happy with my wash. She was very sweet and made the experience even better. ANDREA provided me with great customer service. also she didn’t hesitate to ask how my wash was , and if I needed anything at all!
