Grace has been an incredible help and always so friendly and welcoming. Anytime I've had questions or needed help with my app she immediately has a solution for me. This is the best car wash around!
Overall very pleased I've gone there multiple times What different cars I did notice this last cup what times recently that the front and the back of my car did not get washed by the brushes You can clearly see where they hit that could be due to how packed they were in us being close together out of all fairness. But otherwise very happy with them!
Worst car wash I've ever had. First, there was nobody to guide me in or even to give a pre wash spray. After I got out and started down the road I noticed my driver's side mirror had a dirty film on it. When I got out of the truck the whole drivers side had this white film on it. Walking around the truck the whole front and back looked like they weren't cleaned at all. I had to hand wash the driver's side and the front and rear of the truck. Never again what a waste of money Tommy's Express Car Wash was.
Grace, at the Moorhead MN location, did an outstanding job assisting me with switching over my service plan to my new truck. This level of help did not surprise me as I have always received great service from Grace. 👍
Always a great wash! Crew is always pleasant and helpful. Wash turns out nice and vacuums are super convenient
