A heartfelt THANK YOU to Katelin at Tommy’s Car Wash at 106th & Roe! I am a regular customer and over the years the Team has always been helpful. Today was a perfect example, I locked the keys in my vehicle while I was vacuuming. Katelin was right there and ready to help with a big smile! Without hesitation, they were prepared to run me home to get another key. Luckily I found the spare key I had hidden. I ran my car through the car wash after traveling, and it was still pretty buggy. Caleb was nice enough to get some soap and a brush and help me get most of the bugs off the car nice guy. Very helpful.
Okay, I am so excited to post my experience at Tommy's Express. And let me tell you why. I get top notch customer service and the last two times I've been there,"Kevin" has been my guy. He helps customers when they need personal one-on-one assistance cleaning their cars and troubleshooting other issues. If you go to Tommy's I'll be looking for Kevin because he's really the best. And by the way he's got great hair. It is seriously black curly locks. Besides that he is a super nice guy. I can't say enough about my experience at Tommy's Car Wash. You really want to take advantage of their monthly deal where you can wash your car anytime you want. The price can't be beat. Ask for Kevin and he will help you.
Car Wash was amazing. My car was left looking brand new! I accidentally vacuumed up my wedding ring, but employee Kevin was able to get it back for me! He was so efficient and with great customer service. He definitely made my experience even better and I’m for sure going to take my car here more often! Thank you!!
Every single time my husband and I come here, I am constantly blown away by the customer service. There are few businesses out there that I would rate a 10 out of 10 and this is one of those places. Stephanie and Rachel are both fantastic, as well as every other person that works here!
