Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Seriously? I knew my car was pretty dirty so I opted for the #2 wash ($19.00), and wow, what a disappointment. The wash was EXTREMELY quick (less than 1 minute) and it shows. Clearly the owner is prioritizing the water bill over happy customers. Any other wash in the area is better than this one. Will not be returning, should’ve asked for my money back.

This was my first visit so I was a little nervous about the process. The cashier said someone will come out to guide me and answer any questions. No one approached to see if all is well. Not to compare, but I usually get approached by an attendant at the other self serve car wash. Also, not a fan of the paper towels where you have to turn to retrieve it....and you have to push a button to activate the vacuum. They really make you work for the wash and it's just as costly as other washes. The wash was okay, tire shine was subpar. I purchased "the works" 30 day subscription, the app does not hold the settings and choices I select. Bad first time experience.

The $10 quality wash lasted about 90 seconds and didn’t even clean half the trunk or the rear passenger side. I called the number that was provided so they could make it right but they weren’t willing to do anything. They said once I left the site you couldn’t go back through again, but I told them that the wash was so lousy I wouldn’t come back anyway. That’s a heck of a way to do business. Go to the Exxon in Bon Air much better wash for less money.

The services are not always rendered as expected to their start time at 7am. I've been delayed either by technically of the machine operation or the negligence of staff timing on several occasions, when attempting to wash in the mornings. This is unacceptable; monthly payments are not delaying when it's being drafted for membership service. Not to mention the water that is being used is stink like sewage. I've utilized other location which seems to be more efficient but not this one ......smh!

Awesome experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! I went with “The Works” and my car came out looking super clean and shiny. The whole process was quick, smooth, and really convenient. The staff was amazing — super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the membership options and helped me find the perfect one. Great customer service all around! Highly recommend if you want a fast, high-quality wash and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
