Tommy’s Car Wash Review For Last Night Bad Service 09.18.25 Thursday @ 7:30pm Stopped In Last Night Right Before They Were Closing, We Left Our Property And Had Hay Stuck All Over Vehicle, So Decided To Vacuum Before Having Our $20 Dollar Monthly Members Wash 🧼 Done ✔️, Due To The Hay I Mentioned Earlier, As We Were Almost Finished ✔️ One Of The Employees Approached Both My Wife And Myself And Took Ten Minutes To Try And Rely Unless We Were Members We Couldn’t Be Using The Vacuum Cleaner, Another Employee Turned Off The Machine And Told Us They Were Closed And For Us To LEAVE!!!!! WOW 😮 How Rude Was That!!! So This Is How You Are Treated As A Six Month Member, Trying To Vacuum Before The Hay Flys Out Into The Wash Bay…. After Reading All The Other Reviews Listed Here, It’s Beyond Clear To

First time going to Tommy’s and my car paint got chipped as well as my window… my car was in perfect condition before and not even that dirty and Tommy’s didn’t even clean it off, just made it worse. The cashier asked if I wanted the works and since it was my first time going I thought why not get the $20 car wash, it ought to be good, but instead it wasn’t.

Started my membership off great got my first month free and loved the wash my car was clean and Sparkling however I bought a gift card for my dad for Father’s Day and when he used it it replaced my car meaning my car wasn’t registered to get washed even though I paid the for the month of July. They got it fixed and he had his plan and I had mine how ever I am paying for the best monthly and constantly have been let down with the quality of wash I am getting even went as far as going through a few times and I’m not getting clean results these photos are taken minutes after my wash

It was a great car wash. They need to fix one thing though if there is a holdup in the far right lanes because somebody is not a member whatever line is held up needs to be allowed to go continuous. There was no awareness or consideration and what should have been a 5-minute car wash what's 15 minutes of waiting.

Been a member for about 4 months. Today I ran my truck through and they were not spacing the vehicles far enough apart as the car behind me hit my vehicle. The loader was rushing vehicles on and when I questioned them after they said” when are are busy we load the closer.” Made no sense. Fortunately not much damage to either vehicle but it was stressful. Not sure if I will keep my membership.
