“It’s never as good as the first time”… unlike my experience at Tommy’s today. This is the second wash I’ve received from Tommy’s. I was greeted by the same cashier who remembered me from my visit at least a month ago, Elijah. He took the time to appreciate my business and then explained a promo Tommy’s had: Purchase an ultimate wash and have a 30-day trial of unlimited washes! Sounds like a bargain, but I’m too young to be swindled… right? Safe to say I was a tough sale; however, Elijah remained patient and playful the entire time. He even met me outside once my wash was complete to help link my account to an app. I am so grateful for his commitment to excellent customer service, which we, unfortunately, seldom find these days. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. While the wash itself was fine, the behavior of upper management during my visit was extremely unprofessional During one of the busiest times of the day, instead of supporting their team, upper management was talking down to employees in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely inappropriate, especially during peak hours when staff are already under pressure. Addressing employees in that manner should never happen on the floor, let alone in front of paying customers. Management should lead by example, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. The leadership clearly needs proper management and communication training. Respectful treatment of employees creates a better work environment

I'm obsessed with this drive-thru car wash! My car is always sparkling clean, and the best part is that vacuuming and mat cleaning are included in the wash package. Plus, the staff, like Elijah, are super helpful in guiding you through the different packages, making the whole experience a breeze. 😊
