Tommy's Exquisite Detailing

Broke down right in front of the shop, instead of asking if we needed help at his CAR SHOP he rudely told me to move my car to the next Lott. That would’ve been fine but the car was broke down. I couldn’t just drive it, I had to push it when I had help 3 mins away. The Owner has always been very rude, even as a kid I remember him yelling at me for crossing through his parking lot.

He doesn't even deserve that star. I went to pick my bosses wife's car up after it was detailed. They paid him up front I dropped it off and when I went to pick it up. The guy came at me running his mouth telling me I was the messager to my boss. Cause I told him, That I'm just the employee. That it wasn't my business. I was not the one to talk to. He just kept running his mouth. Cussing and going on and on before handing me the keys. Then he kept going on and on when I got the keys. I finally had to just get in the car and go. Will not be going back for anything.

Dude is rude, horrible customer service. Highly advised to go to another detail shop

Is there a half star option?

The owner Tommy is the rudest individual I've came across in pascagoula. Stay far far away from this place.
